You can now
customize standard field titles and placeholders
directly in the Form Builder!
How It Works
:
  1. Go to
    Form Builder > Create/Edit
  2. Click on any
    standard field
  3. You’ll now see editable options for:
  • Field Title
  • Placeholder Text
  1. Make your changes and save the form — your custom labels will reflect instantly on the live form.
Note
: For the Phone Number field, you can update the field title (e.g., change it to Contact Number, Mobile Number, WhatsApp Number, Primary Phone, Reachable Number, Alternate Number, Your Phone etc.), but the placeholder cannot be changed due to format restrictions.

You can now easily
import multiple contacts, opportunities, or data entries
using the new
Bulk Import
feature.
What you can do:
  • Upload Excel files
  • Map fields before import
  • See status: Success, Warning, or Error
  • Preview before final import
How Bulk Import Works:
  1. Go to the Bulk Import Section
Navigate to the module (e.g., Contacts, Opportunities) → Click on
Bulk Import
.
  1. Upload Excel File
Select and upload your Excel (.xlsx) file with the data you want to import.
  1. Field Mapping
Match the columns in your Excel file with the system fields using the
Field Mapping
step.
  1. Preview the Data
Click on
Preview
to review how the imported data will look.
  1. Check Status
After importing, you’ll see:
  • Success
    : Data imported correctly
  • Warning
    : Imported with issues (e.g., missing optional fields)
  • Error
    : Failed due to invalid data
  1. Import Finalization
Click
Import
to finalize. The data will appear in the table immediately.

  1. Step 1: Upload CSV File

  • Click

    to proceed.
  1. Step 2: Mapping
  • Match each column in your file with the corresponding system fields.
  • Ensure all required fields are mapped properly.
  • Proceed to the next step once mapping is complete.
  1. Step 3: Manage
  • Review your data before final import.
  • The system may highlight any issues or mismatches.
  1. Step 4: Result
View import results:
  • Success
    : Records imported successfully
  • Warning
    : Partial data issues
  • Error
    : Records failed due to errors
  • Fix and re-import if needed.
