We propose an automated monthly fee reminder system to streamline school fee collections and reduce manual follow-ups. The system will maintain student-wise records, categorized by class and transport route. Each class will have a fixed monthly tuition fee, and transport charges will be assigned based on the student’s route distance (e.g., 5 km = fixed yearly bus fee).

For each student, the system will calculate the total monthly fee as:

Monthly Tuition Fee + (Monthly Bus Fee).

Parents will receive automated fee reminders via email, or Whatsapp notification on the 29th of every month. The message will include:

Student’s Name

Class and Route Details

Fee Breakdown (Tuition + Bus Fee)

Total Amount Due

Payment Link or QR Code (optional)

The system will track payment status and send follow-up reminders for pending payments. This ensures timely collection, reduces administrative overhead, and maintains financial discipline.

Additionally, the system can generate monthly reports for school admins to monitor fee collection trends class-wise and route-wise. It can also be integrated with payment gateways for direct online payment and automated receipt generation.
