Need to add Date of birth in database field mapping so that we can Tigger workflow we create birthday wishes Need to add select pipeline and stage so that we can upload all contacts directly to desired pipeline and stage Need to give option its lead or customer. So that we can upload contacts directly as customer.

As Google made WhatsApp Chat live on all Google Business Profiles, it would be much better to add conversations contacts added directly to our CRM (lead management) so that we can trigger workflow automation further. This will help centralize the contacts, inquiries and leads into one dashboard from all sources and improve conversions.

If my team person A is working continue on any Pipeline but after 2 months i want to give access of this pipeline to another staff. How it will be ? There is no option
