As Google made WhatsApp Chat live on all Google Business Profiles, it would be much better to add conversations contacts added directly to our CRM (lead management) so that we can trigger workflow automation further. This will help centralize the contacts, inquiries and leads into one dashboard from all sources and improve conversions.

While selecting to see the tomorrow follow-ups in contacts , tomorrow option doesn’t comes, only today & yesterday comes, if we choose custom , then we have to choose 2 consecutive days like tomorrow & day after tomorrow. So for planning about the tomorrow’s follow-ups , we need a tomorrow only option in contacts follow up sorting .
